Terms of service
Last updated October 2026. These terms are between you and THE BRAND MONARCHY, which operates SEO Automation.
The service
SEO Automation researches keywords and writes and publishes articles to websites you own or are allowed to manage. You stay responsible for what is published on your site and can review articles before they go live by turning on review mode.
Your content
Articles written for your site belong to you. You may edit, keep or delete them, including after you cancel.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service for sites you don't control, for illegal content, or to mass-produce spam pages.
Billing
The plan renews monthly until you cancel. Cancelling stops new articles at the end of the current period. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Results guarantee
Results in 60 days or your money back. Keep SEO Automation publishing on your site for 60 days in a row from your first paid day. If Google Search Console then shows no more impressions for your site over those 60 days than over the 60 days before, email arthur@seo-automation.app within 30 days and we refund every payment you made for that site. A site with no impressions before counts as growing as soon as it gets one. One refund per site.
No ranking promise
Search engines decide rankings. Beyond the results guarantee above, we can't promise a specific position or traffic level.
