Privacy policy
Last updated November 4, 2026. SEO Automation (https://seo-automation.app) is operated by THE BRAND MONARCHY, United States. Contact: arthur@seo-automation.app.
SEO Automation runs on AI SEO Crew (aiseocrew.com), the same product, operated by THE BRAND MONARCHY: your account, your sites and the connection to Claude are held there, under this policy.
What we collect
- Your account details: your name and email, and a password that is stored hashed, or your Google sign-in.
- The websites you add, the public pages SEO Automation reads from them, and the articles and cover images it creates.
- Connection details for the tools you connect (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Framer, GitHub, webhook, Google Search Console). Secrets and tokens are encrypted at rest.
- Billing details, handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.
- Usage analytics on our own website and app, described under Cookies and analytics.
How we use it
Only to run the service: research keywords, write and publish articles to the sites you connect, show you their results, bill you and answer your support requests. We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.
Google user data
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address to create and identify your account.
When you connect Google Search Console to a site, we request access to Search Console with the webmasters scope and use it only to:
- list the Search Console properties your Google account can access, so you can pick the one that matches your site;
- read search performance for that property (queries, pages, clicks, impressions and positions) to show results per article in your dashboard and to plan new articles;
- submit your sitemap after SEO Automation publishes a new article, so Google finds it faster;
- show which Google account is connected (its email address).
We store an encrypted refresh token and the performance figures for the pages of your site. This data is never sold, never shared with third parties except the processors below that host our service, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models. People at THE BRAND MONARCHY don't read it, unless you ask us for support, for security reasons, or when the law requires it.
You can disconnect Search Console in your site settings at any time: we delete the stored token right away. Deleting a site deletes its Search Console data. You can also revoke our access from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
SEO Automation's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Claude and other AI assistants
If you connect SEO Automation to Claude or another AI assistant (see SEO Automation in Claude), you sign in on our site and approve the connection. The assistant then gets an access token that is stored hashed on our side, expires after an hour and is renewed while the connection stays on. It never sees your password.
- We receive only what each tool needs: the web address, topic, site or article you ask about, and nothing else from your conversation.
- We keep the connection record (which app, when) and the actions it takes in your account, like any change you make in the app.
- We log each tool call made with your account: which tool, when, whether it worked, and the site, article or topic it was about. We use this log to fix problems and improve the product, and it is deleted with your account.
- The tools without sign-in (page check, keyword ideas, llms.txt) don't store what you send them: we only count the call and whether it worked.
- You can disconnect at any time from the assistant's settings, or ask us to revoke every connection by email.
Processors
Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database, sign-in, account emails and image storage), Anthropic (article research and writing), Google (cover image generation from article descriptions; no personal data is sent), Stripe (payments), DataFast (website analytics), Meta (advertising measurement) and Unsplash (stock photos, when you choose them). Each processes data only to provide its part of the service.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to keep you signed in, and DataFast to measure visits and sign-ups on our website and app with a visitor cookie. We also use the Meta pixel to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram: it sets Meta cookies and tells Meta about page views, sign-ups, trials and subscriptions. When you sign up or subscribe, we also send Meta a hashed (unreadable) version of your email address and account ID so it can match the conversion to an ad. We never share the content of your sites or articles with Meta. You can limit ad tracking in your Facebook settings or with your browser's tracking protection.
Retention and your choices
You can disconnect any tool or delete a site from its settings at any time. Articles already published stay on your own website. To delete your account and its data, or to get a copy of your data, write to arthur@seo-automation.app; we do it within 30 days.
